WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert will be headlining the third annual Penn State Sports Business Conference presented by Pepsi as one of the keynote speakers.
The student-run conference will take place over two days — Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20, 2020. The opening night will feature a networking event at Beaver Stadium. During this time, students will have the chance to speak with recruiters from the New York Mets, Philadelphia Eagles, Octagon, Pepsi and representatives of more than three dozen other sports-related companies, teams and organizations. On Friday, attendees will have the chance to listen to speakers, panels and network with professionals at the Nittany Lion Inn.

In addition to Engelbert, who will deliver the Friday morning keynote, featured conference presenters and speakers include: Barstool Sports CEO Erika Naridi and NFL Front Office Insider Mike Tannenbaum. Penn State alumna Melanie Collins of CBS Sports will serve as emcee for the conference.
Over the past two years, the conference has attracted some of the top names in the industry, including New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley, Buffalo Bills owner Kim Pegula, SportsBusiness Journal executive editor Abe Madkour and Penn State Vice President for Athletics Sandy Barbour.
